1. INTRODUCTION
The course PMP20008 mainly reflects on the initiation and planning of project. The
main objective of the report is to reflect on the role which is generally played by the
students within the course. The paper mainly focuses on the framework of lessons learnt
and the steps that are generally planned in order to gather the document of the lessons
learnt and how it actually happened. Moreover, the paper also discusses the
improvement strategies that are generally required for resolving the problems that are
associated with the lessons learnt.

the entire course. Moreover, the paper also evaluates the improvement strategies that are
used for resolving the issues that occurred after getting involved within the situation. It is
analyzed that the lessons that are learnt after getting involved within the course will be
quite beneficial for as it will guide in successfully executing the future projects effectively.
