Executive summary:
According to our current situation in the country, Mask is the most important thing
without which we cannot imagine a single moment. Mask importance in saving
yourself from Covid-19 is immense. When we go out we have to use Mask which
will protect our health. Thinking about everyone's health, we have launched a mask
that is completely different from all other masks. In addition to high bacterial
filtration efficiency (BFE), the mask has a high liquid resistance which protects
against large stems and splashes. The automation function project mask comes
with a special charging case lined with the interior of a UV light that kills bacteria
and viruses as the charge of the mask. This is because the main reason for wearing

possible, it will definitely increase the demand for it. The treats here are that even
after the pandemic situation is gone, many people will either use normal max or
those who are very health conscious will only be able to use smart mouse. There
may be some problems at that time. From this we understand how it will run in the
market and what kind of challenges it is facing.
So, it will help us to decide on this issue and give us some idea about how it can be
improved. Like how to make the product indigestible to others, what kind of
problems we have to face after getting it, business opportunities and last but not
least is the economic threat. This Mask is a little expensive as many new features
have been added. Only those who are health conscious can use it. Not everyone
can afford that. It will be sold online, offline everywhere but online demand is high
now because everyone is taking care of everyone's health. Since it will save people
from bacteria, I think people will like this mask more and it will be more in
demand. The demand for smart masks will be higher among the people because in
the terrible situation in covid 19 people think about the safety of themselves and
their family first. The price may be a little higher in smart mask but safety and
more than normal mask. We will sell this ad for 500 taka for promoting. All in all,
I think our smart mask is a good enough product and I hope it will be very
important and demanding in this situation for people. Everyone will get very good
results using this mask.

the protective effect for both the wearer and the environment.
Opportunity: Selling smart mask during covid time increase. It has created new
jobs for many unemployed people. Selling and supply cycle of face mask changing
week to week and created new opportunity. Distributor found success and smart
mask becoming financial lifeline for new industrial business.

Product Idea:- We designed this amazing mask for the safety as well as fashion.
This mask is made of synthetic fabric and silver coted fabric which is able to
diminish germs.

There are some smart features as well. This mask has a microprocessor in it which
controls the environment in it. It can be controlled with a mobile app which is
needed to be installed in any phone. It will send notification when the mask is need
to be cleaned. There is also a Bluetooth controlled microphone in it. A person can
talk through phone without any hassle.

strategy but now it is using ‘Market penetration’.
