QUESTIONSPart 1Policies and procedures in the organisation are on the basis of legislations which aremade to be followed by them. Guidelines on behaviour maintained at the work place, standardsfor conduct, safe and secure environment, equal opportunities to all the employees,confidentiality and privacy etc. Policies and procedures should relate to those requirementswhich are needed to be followed in the organisation. Those requirements are in related toreporting criteria which is mandatory. There are many legal responsibilities which are to be followed by the management of theorganisation. Every right of the employees should be protected in accordance with the legislation(Herzig and et.al., 2015). These obligations properly fulfilled by the business protect all thepeople and their rights. It is very much important to follow all the rules which are made for thereporting criteria in the territory.Case workers should make sure that every policy is properly being followed in any typeof case or situation. On the other hand managers should manage and monitor all the problemswhich are faced by the members in relation to any policy or procedure. They should see that allthe requirements which are related to the territory requirements are being fulfilled. It is theirresponsibility to check that there is safe and secure environment created and maintained in thecompany to prevent each and every employee from the harm.Consequences can be faced by the company if they do not abide or fails to follow anypolicy. It will snatch the rights of people. Organisation can have to give fines due to this. Notfollowing the criteria of reporting will create many troubles and consequences for the company.They can suffer from giving large amount of fines. Their reputation will be also on stake. It canlead them to decrease in their market share. The authorities which are made to work for some specific task need to include all theinformation in the report (Smith, 2014). To make the report in the appropriate and efficientmanner the relevant authorities should include all the information about the injuries or conflictsin it. The report should include all the requirements of the reporting are being followed or notand if not than it can create many problems for them.

Keeping records helps the company to gather all the informations whenever needed.Privacy is also very important it helps the persons to not share their personal life with anyone ifthey don't want to. It will help the company to give the exact information about the requirementsand effectiveness of the reporting criteria. Performance level of the organisation will getincreased. Proper research and monitoring are the sources and methods which helps to inform policyand procedure. It will make the company to maintain that environment will be safe for all. It willmake all the employees satisfied.
