It includes clients, competitors,technology and laws, government activities with social and economic trends in world wide.Tesco is UK based multinational organisation which deals in groceries and general merchandisein retailing. Its headquarter is in England. It is third largest retailer in world.This report explains about various types of organisations and their legal structure and how theycontribute to satisfying various stakeholders.What(description):Business environment is that surrounds that influence organisation enhancing customerrelationship . In that includes all organisation, clients, suppliers and other stakeholders that helpsin attain business objectives. I found that business environment is very complicated in nature andreason is that it fluctuate time to time and that impacts on business proceedings. Businessenvironment consist of external and internal that affects a business (Belás and et.al. 2015). Inexternal factors includes health and safety regulations that impacts on internal environment ofbusiness. Key objective of business is to earn profit and maximise its share in market so that itbecome big giant for market and beat competitors.By that report I able to understand there are three types of organisations that are as follows:Private: As per my study private sector is main contributor in national economy and plays keyrole in job creation and as a employer (Briscoe,Tarique and Schuler, 2012). It provides 90%approximately of employment in developing nations and it provides rare goods and service togovernment and nation and also gives contribution in tax revenues of government and flow ofcapital. that plays a major role in our economy and contributes large share in world wide. Inlarge multinationals include Apple, tesco, Marks&Spencer and Pepsi these are large giants that

cover large share of economy in whole world and contributes large share in employment,revenue generation and growth rate of in goods and services. Public:As per my study public sector gives variety of services such as government servicesincludes infrastructure, transportation, education, health and care, military and safety services inwhole country. Generally it focus on giving services to public welfare who uses that services. Inunderdeveloped economy the government play a major role in solving problems of masses(Groff and Jones, 2012). The main objectives of public sector organisation is to earn profitsimultaneously welfare of people in whole country. And spends a lot of money in welfare ofpeople every year.The sole purpose of these organisation is to give benefit to people and there sole purpose iswelfare of people and not earn profit.Basis of differencePublic Private Voluntary organisationPurposePublic sector is sectorthat gives variety ofservices such asgovernment servicesincludes infrastructure,transportation,education, health andcare, military andsafety services inwhole country.Generally it focus ongiving services topublic welfare whouses that services.Private sector arethose units whichoperate by individualsor groups to attain thesole purpose that isgain profit and it notcontrol by state.
