which is leading the business to gain higher succession
opportunities.

External Factors
External factors are defined as such extrinsic aspects
which cannot be controlled by the business but at the
same time these factors are having direct impact over
organisational functions. External factors are directly
associated with strategic business objectives and helpful
in managing competition as well.
Internal Factors
Internal factors can be categorised as various factors which
are associated with the organisation and these can be tangible
and intangible in nature. These are the factors which are
linked with positivity and negative aspects of the
organisation.
