something new such as products or software in order to maximise their operational efficiency

& services with grate value. Tesco is retail sector organization where they have to focus on
customer service as well because in the current business environment it is the main factor to
evaluate the performance of company in order to maximise productivity as well as profitability.

Goals are important to formulate because it motive the people to perform accordingly in
order to achieve desired outcomes. Goals motivate everyone in the organization to complete their
work on time in order to perform their task. If individual does not have any goals, they are not
able to give their 100% to accomplish their goals.
Through setting a goal which promote the team members as well as encourage them to
work together or show their potential together in order to achieve all the gaols & objectives
