within the market that are Waitrose, Morrisons etc. as these firms
are also selling the same type of offerings to their buyers which
will reduce the profit margin of the firm.

Recommendations
 The growth opportunities of Tesco are based on growing the market
within the new area so that more new customers are to be attracted so
that high profitable results can be enjoyed. In this company need to
invest more financial resources and it is recommended that that they can
adopts the bank loan as it is highly secured and effective for gaining the
market share of the organization and also their longer survival.

Conclusion
 From the above analysis it is concluded that performance evaluation is
prominent within the organization as it helps in adopting the current
trends that can be present within the marketplace for attracting the
