technical skills, offering financial support and more (Anlesinya and Amponsah-Tawiah, 2020).
The present study is about TESCO that is a well-known organization based on UK. It offers
general products and groceries to the customers across the globe. The study is carried out in
order to identify the impact of COVID-19 on talent management strategies. It will also cover
suitable strategies to deal with the impact of COVID-19 in an efficient manner. Further, suitable
research methodology will also include in the study. Moreover, the study will provide scope of
