present report , TESCO organisation is taken into consideration. Tesco is an organisation which
is a British multinational merchandiseretailer which is headquartered in Welwyn Garden City,
United Kingdom. The present report will cover discussion about role and impact of
communication and information technology on the management of workforces in organisation
and also about existing policies in relation to the talent acquisition, change management process
for competing into effective manner. In addition to this , the report will cover discussion about
role of leaders in terms of implemeting these new initiatives and also about recommendations on
new initiatives that the organisation should adopt for purpose of survival in this competitive
market

According to today’s period of time, information and communication technology is very
important into context of organisational level. It has been observed that due to impact of
information and communication technology, there has been a major change into the contet of
quality of performance of an organisation and it also increases the efficiency level on the large
scale as well. The role of information and communication technology is very prominent at the
organisational level where individual can communicate with each other and in which manner
they find required information into appropriate manner(Brdulak and Banasik., 2015). With
reference to TESCO company, they have used information and communication technology on
large scale where they have shifted their stores on the online basis. It has been observed at the
organisational level that their every part of operation is only controlled through information and
communication technology stock, payroll, communication methods, distribution etc. Information
and communication technology can also be used in terms of planning, monitoring,
communicating and auditing between operations of store. Acccording to theory of management

In this pandemic situation, company has adopted policy of short videos, online videos
and video conferences from the perspective of development so that employees can make
improvement in themseleves into result oriented maner. In contet to process of change
management, for competing with pandemic situation it has been observed that TESCO
organisation has shifted their stores on the online basis. These online stores gives them
opportunity to earn large amount of money due to which they can stand strongly even into this
