This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is issued in accordance with clause 7.1 of
the Open Standing Offer Agreement (“OSOA”) between your organisation and
the Department of Treasury and Finance for the “Commercial and Financial
Advisory Services Panel for Infrastructure and Capital Asset Projects, and
Commercial Transactions”.
You are requested to submit a Quote in accordance with this Request and
with the terms and conditions of the OSOA for the supply of professional
services described in this Request.

Project Brief.
