INTRODUCTION Project management refers to the applications of methods, process, knowledge, skills and experience to accomplish the objective of the project as per the specific plan or time. It helps the event managers and members to conduct their activities as per give role and responsibility to achieve the goal on time and efficiently(Anantatmula and Rad, 2018). To define the concept of project management the selected event is Transportation for London. The event is aimed to generate funds to undertake road projects to create greener, safe and more attractive streets across London. TASK 1 Explaining key methodologies and its benefits The Transportation for London is a project to develop land and Bollo lane to create more than 800 new houses in Acton. The project management plan is created for smooth implementing the purpose of product as well as it organise an event to generate funds and awareness among peoples about road projects. The objective of event is to raise funds for project in collaboration with University's student council by organising music concert. To conduct the functioning of TfL the project manager use critical chain project management methodology. It is a method to determines strategic points in inserts buffers and project scheduling to assure that every project milestone is complete on time with project uncertainties and limited resources(Bergmann and Karwowski, 2018). It is beneficial for managers to organise an event for TfL because CCMP is used in that projects which required a large amount of resourcesto make proper chain for a specific task. By using this methodology the managers can exploit the limited resources with maximum efficiency. This methodologies is used in water projects, school projects and bridge projects to make proper schedule for particular task and assign scare resources as per the requirement. It is beneficial for TfL project because it helps the managers to deliver cost effective project on time by considering resources and task dependencies with more efficiency.

TASK 3 Stakeholders analysis and communication strategies Stakeholders are the individuals who has capital and interest in any project. They invested their money, time and interest in the functioning of event to achieve goal. The stakeholder analysis in context to the project of Transportation for London are mentioned below- The internal stakeholders are mangers, staff members, owners, marketers and workers which works in the organisation and implementation of event for TfL(Kerzner, 2019).
The external stakeholders are partners, investors, customers, sponsors, government and general public who has given their time or money in the event for TfL. It helps the mangers to share right information to the right stakeholders to accomplish the purpose of event like generate funds with students of University to finance TfL.

TASK 6 Measures for controlling the event Quality expectation- The music concert must be understandable to the people as well as quality of the sound should be of top notch. Quality specifications-The concert should provide standard musical performance which can satisfy the audience. Acceptance criteria-Condition of music equipment and musicians must meet the acceptation of sponsors, audience and user. The project manager use benchmark and KPI to measure the performance of workers and employees so they conduct the functioning of event smoothly by using ranking method to evaluate the quality of performance of employees and system for organising best event(McLaren and Loosemore, 2019). They compare performance with plan to improve the quality and efficiency. CONCLUSION As per above presentation, it is concluded that project management is useful for managers to complete the project on time with given resources. The managers use CCMP methodology as well as network diagram to outline critical path for project. The project mangers also use stakeholder analysis, work breakdown structure, risk analysis and control measures to manage and organise best event for the project.
