discuss about the project plan, project deliverables and objectives. A Gantt chart and network
diagram will be prepared to show relationships among the activities and stakeholder analysis will
be done. A risk analysis, WBS and write up will also be analysed.
Task 1
Project objectives: Project objectives are following:
To stage the operettas of playwright William G. Gilbert and the composer Arthur
Sullivan
To celebrate 40th anniversary of G&S society to unveil the strategic direction of TfL
Project deliverables:

unveiling strategic directions of TfL and the operettas of playwright William G. Gilbert and the
composer Arthur Sullivan.
Project methodology:
A project methodology refers to the system of practices, procedures, rules and the
techniques used to perform a particular project (Pace, 2019). There are 7 types of project
management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Waterfall, Six Sigma and
PMI. In this project, the agile project methodology will be used.
Justification: The agile project methodology is justified as it can provide frequent delivery of
working software and trusts, support and motivate all the people involved. It also helps in higher
customer satisfaction through the continuous and early delivery of projects. It also enables face
to face interactions (Carneiro, Silva and Alencar, 2018). The agile project methodology is being
used in the web applications and mobile phone applications as the user interface is right in the
situation of web applications. It provides the ability to use the information collected and evaluate
successive prototypes to steer subsequent prototypes is invaluable.

Risk mitigation strategies:
For the current project the major risk mitigation strategies involves following: Accept the risks: The risks which have impacts on the project and have less likelihood to
occur can be mitigated through accepting them (Woerner and Egger, 2019). Watch and monitor: The risks which have negligible minor impact on the project can be
mitigated through the application of monitoring and watching as they are avoidable. Transfer the risks: The risks which have moderate impact on the event can be transferred
to other factors. Avoid the risks: The risks which serious impacts on the event should be avoided.
Control the risks: the risks which have critical impacts on the event should be controlled
and taken actions for.
Task 6
Quality expectations: For the current the quality specifications will involve the quality
differentiations. the music events come with the degree of differentiation within each
genre of music and horizontal differentiation between the genres. As the event will be

organized on a huge level so the quality of the event will be high. The quality of the event
will be used as a signal to attract the audience and attendees to the music event.
Acceptance criteria: The brands hired for the event are known which will make sure that
the acceptance criteria for the event will also be high. The attendees have to fee higher
amounts to get in the first rows and the amount will reduce subsequently.
Quality specifications: For the quality specifications of the event the measurements will
involve the inspections and supervising (Chadi and et.al., 2020). The event manager will
ensure the quality of the events as well as quality specifications.
Measures to control: In the risk analysis various risks were also identified. The event
manager has to make sure that the events The risk will be identifies and analysed before
the event implementation and will be mitigated in the most appropriate manner.
CONCLUSION
Project management is the process of analysing the tools, techniques and skills a project
which is not as the regular operations of the business. They involve a particular task. The risk
deliverables define the outcome of the project whereas the objectives describe the motive to
conduct the project. For the current event TfL various communication strategies to use will be
verbal, non-verbal and visual. Various risks have been evaluated in risk assessment and the
mitigations strategies have been provided for each type of risks. In the write up, quality control
and evaluation is discussed.
