Execution of a will;
Judy, in her capacity as executrix of Molly's will, seeks your advice as to the following:
(a) Who is entitled to what interest or rights in the Pymble property; (25 marks)
According to Moly in her updated will, she has left the Pymble Estate to Edwina Evans.
Edwina Evans will be the Executrix upon trust to the estate of the late Molly. However, her
daughter Delores Morgan will inherit the residue of Molly’s estate. On 1st October 2019,
Molly and the estate Executrix agreed in an executed deed in return for a consideration of
$500 to assign to Edwina the interest she was given by Molly under her beneficial bare trust
in shares in integrated Research System Ltd (IRS).1 This means that Molly under the
consideration of $ 500 has forfeited the assets to Denise who will now own that part of the
property. However, Molly’s daughter Denise will have an interest in the pymble property.
Edwina will pay taxes for the property and will have the right to reside in the
property. Lawmakers have prepared several initiatives that will modernize and simplify the
process of fulfilling the person’s last will. This should popularize the institution of wills
among. In the meantime, in most cases, the property of the deceased is distributed among
relatives according to the general law.2

Inheritance contract

of New –south wales.3 However, the Nuclear Disarming Society of New south wales intends
to do the following;
1. to promote peace and nuclear disarmament.
2. To promote, organize, undertake seminars , conferences and research programs in
issues that deals with nuclear disarmament and the peace of new-south wales
3. Adoption of policies, regulations, rules and plans that promote further nuclear
disarmament and peace.
For these reasons, the society is entitled to get the fair share of the will left behind by Molly.
