What trend, prediction, or change do you feel will have the most
impact on you personally? How and why do you think this trend will
affect you?
On any occasion another person’s behavior is influenced by both
the personality and behavior. This will lead a person to have a
change in the behavior. Therefore the factors which are known
for influencing the change in the behavior are mainly current
thoughts, feelings and goals (MacCallum 2019).
Does this have a significant effect on women in your workplace? If so,
how?
This also have a significant effect on the women in the workplace
as because, generally these types of factors are known for
changing my thought process and will shift the mindset I had
before.
What does this trend, prediction, or change mean for your leadership
practice? What do you need to prepare, change, or adapt to prepare
for it? Will it require you to seek out further development
opportunities?
This type of trend or change in the personality will also directly
affect the leadership style I used to follow from the past.
Therefore I will try to follow transformational leadership style
which will help me to adapt to the changes in the environment.
How do you think men should adapt to better facilitate and support
gender inclusivity in the workplace?
Men in workplace should try to follow the gender diversity and
follow the techniques of inclusion and diversity. In order to
improve this men should try to be proactive when making
communication with women and men, by implementing fair
practices (Bell 2017).
Recall from this unit’s set of notes the four possible worlds that could
make up the future: red, blue, green, and yellow. What did you find
surprising about these possible futures? Which world do you think is
most likely to become a reality for you?
Red world is mainly consisted of heart therefore I feel that it is
the best suitable world for me. The things which will be changing
