1THE BIO-PSYCHO-SOCIAL ASPECT OF FOOTBALL MATCHI visited a Football match, which is considered the most common game played all over the worldand is associated with great passion and zeal in the players as well as the watchers. In thefootball ground there are two teams preparing for the game against each other with the aim ofputting the ball in the goal of the opposition. However, there are various aspects, which wereseen among the players and their mentors before and on the time of the match. It was noticed thata huge amount of craziness was also among the people who came there to watch the match withfamily and friends. Everybody n the field was waiting their opposition team to lose. However,before the match started the team members and the players had to do a lot of preparation forthemselves in order to win the matches and maintain focus. I had a talk with some of the payerabout their daily routine before coming to the match. They informed me that a football playersleeps at least eight hours a day before starting with their practice and work. It is essential forthem to sleep in order to focus during practice and final match session. The football playerusually eats a lot a night before their final game so that they are filled up till the morning. This isbecause eating early in the morning will make them feel uneasy during the match. Their dailymeal routine is all the normal food items, milk shake, and banana in the morning. While in theirpractice session, they keep cereal bars with them to fill them if they are hungry (Capó et al.2015). Just before the match, it was seen that some players were just relaxed in their room, whilethey were some that went out for chilling. This helps them maintains their concentration for thematch. Just before going to the ground the players wore their shirts and spin pads to give a kick-off start to the match. The second thing that I notice was the importance of a football pitch in thematch, which was prepared before the match. It was further noticed that players have differentemotion during the match for their opposition. I myself am a good football player and know thereal passion of football. Being a participant myself in the game helped me feel the emotion of the
