1. Assumptions
The assumptions that are taken for this case is mostly dependent on how the constraints of
the task would be acquired for having a proper approach towards the establishment of the
project. In this case, the assumptions can be made that the project is based upon establishment of
the information system on a small scale to medium scale business. Again, the business that has
been set up by ARQ for custom building of the resort management system, has enough resources
to house for all the requirements of the project including the project team members and the
financial support provided by the sponsors. It is also taken as an assumption that the project is
completed in the most effective and feasible way possible.
