GIBBS REFLECTIVE CYCLE
Gibbs reflective cycle is having the consideration as one so the most important and popular one
model for the refection. This model has the 6 stages of the reselection that is description, feeling,
evaluation's, analysis, conclusion and the action plan.
Week 1
Description
In currently the student who have been given with the projects on business environment. The
first week when the tutor has asked me to have the project on these projects, it was just the new
one for me to handle. The class tutor have been teaching about the various project and the
different topics which will help in having proper level of development which will be beneficial
for me to have the further progress.
Feeling
The business environment have turned out to important skill which made me little nervous in
order to have development of proper understanding I am doing research level of reach in order to
have proper accomplished of the project. I feel the level of difficulty in establishing the proper
level of understanding in terms, of each topic in business environment as resided to my chosen
company. On the other hand the chosen company have started me to think nagging and ageing in
have proper development of ideas in various aspect hoe the think properly work. The day by day
I was getting more confuse with lot of things to include in business.
Evaluation
The grate level of confusion has made me to have the increase level of feeling towards
miserableness. When I have valued myself and had clackers thought this situation cannot be
resolved. I am trapped. I don't have the guts to talk to my teacher related to the issues. Then I
find a friend who was my fellow in class. In realized that he is also having the same level of
consciousness and nervousness same as in my door.
