Topic- To identify the role of leadership and business management in building organisation

INTRODUCTION
Leadership is termed out as action that lead individuals in enterprise towards
accomplishing goals. In addition to this, leadership termed out as cultivates the foundation of
culture that aids to empower employees to accomplish entity mission and vision (Bakatsaki and
Zampetakis, 2020). Therefore, effective leadership aids to facilitates the better culture and
creates strong working environment. Effective leaders and better business management facilities
bring individuals together and enables them to work collectively to accomplish one common
goal. Leader of the enterprise has the tremendous impact over company culture.
The present report is based on topic as to identify the role of leadership and business
management in building organisation culture over business activities of Tesco, it is retail leading
entity that engaged in grocery services. Thus, chosen entity deals in product and services as
books, clothing and electronics etc.
