operational function to deal with most of the value within the field. It is highly necessary for the
leaders to plan and work that would help to develop the business activity within the market.

One of the major challenges that the leaders face to lead the organisation is the lack of proper
vision to develop the business. It is the fact that vision is one of the vital factors for the leaders to
manage as well as execute the future activity of the firm (Verburg, 2019). This allows the
business to understand the most suitable activity that could be utilised for developing the value
of the firm and also to enhance the working function within the field. Vision in the leadership
trait is not about making the statement or the goal for the firm rather the leaders can see the
future of the business and lead the entire activity of the firm to achieve the organisational goal
(Abbasiyannejad, & Silong, 2016). This process became a huge challenge in the recent world
because people nowadays did not have the proper focus and the operational efficiency to perform
their activity within the field. It can be seen that the entire value of the firm is to deal with the
business process and the value of the business expansion within the market. In the recent world,
it is highly essential to have the proper vision and working function for trade with the
circumstances along with the business procedure effectively within the market.
Another most effective challenge within the business is to maintain the high staff turnover within
the organisation. The high staff turnover within the organisation shows that the people are
getting very impatient with their working activity and the organisational value that also with a
short period. In the world of job-hopping, it is highly challenging to retain the top talent within
the organisation for dealing with the situation and providing the valuable activity to the
organisation to maintain their activity within the firm (Babalola, Stouten, Euwema, & Ovadje,
2018). The organisations are failing to hold the employees and for that most of the organisations
have to face numerous amount of cost that eventually leads to the poor management team of the
firm. It can be seen that almost 33% of the annual employee salary is considered to replace the
loss faced by the firm due to the high rate of staff turnover within the organisation (Verburg,
2019). The organisation or even it can be depicted that the management is unable to teach the
team spirit to the staff members which lead to the high turnover rate within the workplace.
Another challenge that the organisation face within the modern world is to create innovative
teams. Innovation at the workplace is one of the most effective working function within the field
that allows the firm to hold the value of the firm most suitably and effectively (Chin,
Desormeaux, & Sawyer, 2016). The success of the business primarily depends on the innovative
activity performed within the field, and this could allow the business to maintain their activity

and their value within the field. In a challenging time it can be seen that the use of creative and
the innovative idea is one of the best ways to develop the business value. It is essential for the
management and the organisation to encourage innovation among the team members to perform
their activity effectively within the field. Creation of the innovative team has the most effective
and the suitable value within the market that lead to the development of the process within the
most suitable value of the firm (Williams Jr, Brandon, Hayek, Haden, & Atinc, 2017). This is
quite challenging for the firm as they have to maintain the entire team and even form the team
spirit to develop their value and their understanding within the field.
Another challenge faced by the organisation within the recent world is the engagement of the
employees within the operational activity and various other activities of the firm. Encouraging
the employees to execute their action within the field and have the suitable engagement in the
workplace is a difficult task due to the cultural difference and even for the high rate of employee
turnover within the workplace (Semedo, Coelho, & Ribeiro, 2016). It is the fact that the engaged
people within the workplace are more productive as compared with the non-engaged people with
the organisation. In the recent world, it can be seen that more than 80 percent of the business is
seeking to have the suitable engagement of the staff members to develop their business value
within the field (Hoxha, 2015). In the organisation, it is extremely essential for the team
members and the management team to have to clear view regarding the operational function and
the behaviour that are being performed by the firm. In the recent world, the entire activity of the
staff members have a diverse working function, and that lead to workplace development and the
engagement value of the firm to maintain their activity.

and their understanding with time. It is highly effectual for the firm to preserve their action and
their business process within the market. It is one of the most valuable working functions of the
leaders to maintain the workplace and provide them the suitable solution at the time of complex
situation and the uncertainties time (Khan, Khan, & Chaudhry, 2015). In most of the condition, it
could be seen that the entire activity of the leaders is to enhance the value and the business

within the workplace. It is highly essential for the leaders and the managers to maintain their
attitude and the mind positive while dealing with the complex situation within the workplace
(Mather, Cummings, & Gale, 2018). It is highly essential that during the difficult times the
leaders need to maintain the activity and manage the narrative that eventually keeps the
employees inspired as well as hopeful within the organisation. Leaders are the one who set the
tone and the workplace activity within the organisation, and for that, they need to change their
habit and their leadership style according to the situation to maintain the activity of the staff
members within the firm (Culpin, Millar, & Peters, 2015). The positive attitude of the leaders
