Introduction
The working of an organization has different parts and areas linked to each other.
Each working area of the part can lead a project to the factor of success and on the other
hand, can lead to the factor of failure. In this context, it can be stated that the role of the
leaders is very much important (Bush, 2015). This is due to the factor that most of the
decision-making areas are taken up from the end of the leaders. If the leader makes any forms
of a wrong decision, it can directly affect the overall working of the organization.
The main area of focus, which would be prevailing in the essay, is linked to the area
of challenges, which are prevailing in the working of a leader. The problem area is clearly
defined in the essay and mitigation planning accordingly are plotted in the report.

Challenges of leading an organization in today’s world
In recent times due to the extensive competition, organization have to perform
properly so that they can add competitive advantage in the working area of the organization.
In this area, the role of leaders is very much important (Sørensen&Torfing, 2015). It can be
stated that one of the main challenge, which can be stated here, is linked to the factor of the
changing of the demand of the customers. The customers in recent times have fluctuating
demand, and the organization has to plan accordingly (Martin et al., 2015). In this context,
the leaders have various forms of difficulty in the area of planning which would be made in
the organization. If the demand of the customers is not taken into consideration properly the
working of the organization can be at a loss.
Some of the areas of challenges, which is linked, to the working of the leaders are
strategic thinking, prioritization, and planning (Thorpe, 2016). Each of the areascan be stated
