. This is from the removal of materials that are raw to make the finished product which is an
electric motorcycle for our case. The paper will also analyse the energy requirement of the
structural, electrical, miscellaneous component of the product. As a sustainability manager, it is
worth to ensure that there is a sustainability of the electric motorcycle fabrication and also
planning for a future model of business which will help the company to sell the finished goods
efficiently.

THE CIRCULAR ECONOMY
INTRODUCTION
The circular economy is a method of sustaining the surroundings and its characteristics
which involve creating the economic model where the generation of advanced environmental
impact does not exist. In models of traditional, the sequence materials and energy are in line and
recycling and reusing these products do not exist hence this became an alternative model to his
traditional one. Extra cost or variations in the life of disabling on electric motorcycles
manufacturing company or loss of revenue are not required so as to attain a circular economy.
These manufacturing sustainability activities include products, goods, developments and
commodities together with their linear conduction is achieved by reusing technique and
arranging the future materials and modeling of business for the electric motorcycles
manufacturing company.
Classification of the products that are needed to manufacture the electric motorcycles for the
people leaving with disabilities is classified into structure components, electricity components
and other required components. The other required components involve structures such as the
body, tires, upholstery and the components for transmission. The electricity parts involve the
sires, batteries, wires, circuit boards and the motors.
The discussed subjects in the work below involve the explanation of cycles of life of electric
motorcycles when sustaining the shorter and longer term steps applied by the company in order
to maintain sustainable systems in the required parts for the manufacturing of electric
motorcycles.

Structural components
The required structural components needed in a time of manufacturing procedure of the electrical
motorcycles for the people who are disabled which involve the seat assembly, chassis,
suspension and tire. Required amount of tires in the manufacturing process depends on the
certain design of electric motorcycles at a particular moment that the plant has manufactured.
Circular tires can be obtained by assembling first of all the old tyres from the old electric
motorcycles; the second means is by obtaining the already used components which the company
acquires and then sort out. (Abraham, 2017). The procedure of sorting requires the elimination
of the some products hence making the tyres efficient for reusing.
After the process of colouring and mending the metallic wheels, it is reused to manufacture the
other wheels. The rim can also be recycled, to ensure it is a product of high quality; it is melted
in a huge heat source with a considerate level of electricity then purified so that get rid of impure
solidification of the molten metallic this is achieved by solidifying process to come up with
unique patterns of another structures. Assembling of shocker is known as suspension systems.
The two varied types of systems which are suspended systems are applied to manufacture the
electric motorcycles; they include the back and front suspension. Usage of these suspensions is
to insulate both the car and driver against the road shocks and also helps to keep the tyres close
to be in contact with the ground possible and providing maintenance to operators of electric
motorcycles.

Majority of the components of these suspension systems contains the materials of metals which
can be recycled by the process of springs sorting and the shock absorber then melt, purify and
solidify them (Galitsky, 2010). The metal that is molten can be solidified to form the system of
suspension that is applied in replacing the used system in the electric motorcycles operations and
be applied in manufacturing electric motorcycles
Chassis is a primary structural section which promoted the steering systems, wheels of the
motorcycle and the transmission systems. The back tire and the front tyre both are joined with
the chassis framing indirectly through the suspension system that is connected directly with the
wheels (Elzen, 2010).
Other used chassis type in the construction of electric motorcycles by the manufacturer includes
backbone tubes, perimeter frames, undergone tubes the monologue chassis. Application of these
components in the chassis processing include the steel, aluminum, titanium and magnesium. The
sorting process is applied in order to make chassis flow material circular in order to get rid of the
secondary materials contained in the chassis and melt the scrap into the great furnace which
contains a great amount of energy (Dastbaz, 2016). However, the required amount of
electricity required to cool and reuse the components which are metals is very low as measured
to the energy needed to manufacture metals through the application of resources which are
