2. This constitution confirms that the company will be governed by the replaceable rules
as set out by the Corporation Act via section 135 along with the rules of this
constitution
3. The company will have three classes of shares
4. Along with ordinary shares provided with the replaceable rules (Class A), The
company also has Preference shares Class B and Redeemable Preference Shares Class
RP
5. A vote in the meeting will be valid only if it has been signed by the person who is
voting
6. The company will also have the ASX corporate governance principles
7. The company is a Public company
