1. The company referred here is subjected to the provisions enumerated in the
Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
2. This constitution affirms that the company will be controlled by the rules given in the
Corporation Act as per section 135 in addition to the rules of this constitution.
3. The company will comprise of 3types of shares.
4. Apart from the ordinary shares given under the replaceable rules(Class A), the
company will also be having Preference shares Class B together with Redeemable
Preference Shares Class RP.
5. A vote given in any meeting will be regarded as valid only if it is being signed by the
person who is voting.
6. The company will be having corporate governance principles as per the ASX.
7. The company referred here is a Public company.
