Information about this tools in context with restaurant is given below: PEST analysis:This framework will help the manager of concerned restaurant in identifying about impact of political aspect, economic position, social and technological factors on business. By this, manager of company will be able to take right business decisions. Political factors:This aspect is concerned with the stability of government and their support to business firms.
