INTRODUCTION
Business is defined as an organisation engaged in industrial, commercial, professional
activity. Business can be for profit entities or it relates to NGO's that tends to operate for the
purpose to fulfill a charitable mission or further a social cause. The business that was selected in
this project is Bakery. In food processing sector it has great segment. This industry leads to give
chance to growth, job generation, innovation etc. Its name is Marshfield Bakery. In
CHIPPENHAM , UK it is located. It deals in food wholesalers industry. It is very important to
do marketing to increase sales. Marshfield adopt both online as well as offline method for
promotional purpose. Through making advertisement it tends to create awareness. In 13 January
2005 the organisation was incorporated. Around 16 years it serve their services. It has two active
secretaries and directors. It deals in various food items such as cakes, rusk, pastry, biscuits, etc.
The structure of the entity is that it is a private company. Their profit margin are tends to be
increase. The name of few of their competitor are Brace bakery, British bakeries, bakers oven,
chelsea bun house, Irwin's bakery, cooplands etc. It has around eighty two staff members in the
respective location. It generates $6.59 million revenues. Respective industry has wide business
that caters to audience weakness for tasty breads, sweet rolls, pies, cakes etc. In various different
part of the country bakery product are very much popular (Askar, 2021)
