EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Business plan is that written document which contains the details of the business start-up
and also defines its objectives for the method of achievement of goals. It can also be said as the
structure for the business to achieve its goals. Covid 19 has been a very impactful reason which
has changed many factors in the economy result of which businesses have to plan different
strategies for their development. In a business plan the analysis of the market allows the business
to prepare for the competition of the business.

INTRODUCTION
Covid – 19 pandemic has caused many troubles for the consumers and businesses both.
The restriction for precautions from this pandemic has helped in the safety of health but has
disrupted the working of businesses. Small and large are affected by the pandemic in the worst
ways. Fashion retail industry is one of the largest growing industries in the market in this modern
business world (Beser Ramada, 2021). It is very easy and approachable business for a person
trying to start fresh. It requires less amount of investment and more profits. This report deals
with the business idea behind the company Mucci.

In the Covid 19 lots of businesses have been affected in different ways. This happened
due to the lock down which was imposed by the government. Despite the harsh conditions
businesses development did not stop in the country. The revolution that came in the economy of
the business gave rise to new ideas and businesses. Mucci is an example of such a business that
is going to be established. This business will be a fashion retailer which will deal with all
different types of clothes for different genders and age types. This business will deal with both
online and offline retailing in order to increase its customers base and also target the customers
which are available on the online platforms (Thomas, 2020).
Location
For the success of such a business it needs to establish itself in the fashion market places
in London. Some renowned places in London for fashion are, the King's road, Bond street and
also the Oxford street. The establishment of the business store in any of these areas will be a very
effective way of development for the business. The reason these areas will be more effective
because of the human psychology. It is in human nature that for fashion shopping the individuals
visit the areas which are known for their shops because there the customer gets multiple options.
This will be a very effective way of increasing their customers (Bocken and et.al., 2017). This
business will also place itself on the online websites for connecting with the online customers.
The main reason for this is covid -19 which has heavily influenced the customers to choose the
option of online shopping.
