develop own potential.
The general manager needs to be absolutely concerned for applying required skills and
using abilities to the maximum to achieve the targets set by the organization by aligning
with the strategies framed. It must be very clear with the general manager as to what
exactly the organization wants to achieve. Only if the objectives are clear in the mind of
these managers, they that lead the organisation on the path of extreme success in present
