INTRODUCTION In every organisation, managers play important role in various ways. They have so many responsibilitieslikemakinghealthyenvironment,training&developmentsessionsfor subordinates and support or motivate them in different situations. All these may help in enhancing productivity and profitability of corporations. Other responsibilities like hiring best candidatesfrom many, which aid firms to run business successfully in the marketplace. Therefore, developing manager is the one who manages all activities which comes under enterprise by his/her own skills so that set targets can be attain in short period of time. In this report, various principles and practices of management behaviours is discussed(Beratarrechea and et. al., 2014). Along with this managerial skills is also mentioned which helps in attaining overall goals of the company. At the last of the project, career development plan is also mentioned. TASK1 1.1 Compare different management styles Leadership qualities of a manager relies on management styles that an organization follows. This style belong to how a manger satisfies its juniors and how he monitors their working style. This is a pattern of interaction between spearhead and its followers. This can also beconsiderashowaleadermotivatesanddirectsitsteammembersbyimplementing instructions effectively. There are two very common management styles that a company should follow: Autocratic Democratic Autocratic: In this style of management manager is central decision maker and junior executive has to follow his orders and they are not allowed to be a part of decision making process. In this pattern subordinates has to follows instructions given by their spearhead as per corporation guidelines to deal with clients. Manager impose association's guidelines to serve its customers and this sort provides best chance of dealing with consumers. It is a traditional management style that earlier leaders follow in their time. When chances of making mistakes are less this type of style is very popular and appropriate then.
