INTRODUCTIONManager is a person who is responsible for administering and controlling the company orgroup of employees. They are able to manage, control, direct and evaluate worker’s performancein order to achieve organisational goals and objectives. Hilton is an UK brand of hotel which provides their services in around 85 countries withmore than 570 hotels and resorts. Hilton hotel is providing their services in hospitality industryfrom May 31st 1919. Conrad Hilton is the founder of this group of hotels. In this assignment,various management styles and leadership characteristics which create impact on firm’s decisionmaking process are covered (Arnold and Boggs, 2015). Under mansion report cover employeesmotivation in order to achieve goals and managerial skills which support career development andreview performance and future needs. TASK11.1 Different management stylesLeadershipIndividuals are the leaders within the company. It is an activity of guiding a group ofpersons or an company abilities to do this.
