The roots of education are bitter, but the fruit is sweet. “This phrase is elaborated in a
way that, in order to learn something an individual have to face so many difficulties in their path.
But at the same time when learning become tree that means when learning is completed this
provides so many good result which is worth the difficulties faced during the time. With the help
of proper education, the barriers like inequality can be eliminated due to which professional
development can be seen within the workplace. Along with this appropriate education help the
economy in their development stage as various talents has grown in the marketplace which
eventually advantageous for the business as well as economy of the country (Coleman, 2019).
Further education is helpful in filling gender gaps and salary inequality in a business organisation
due to which the most deserving candidate may stay in the position that may provide economic
growth to the business.
Woman must not accept; she must challenge”: This line is further justified in the manner
that a woman is not supposed to accept something she is required to challenge each and every
situation is that to prove her to the society that she is capable of doing everything when
opportunities are provided to her. By providing equal opportunities to women they will be able to
sit in talent pool, campus placement due to which she will also get fancy jobs and fancy salaries
which were not provided to women earlier. By having women employees in workplace the
gender discrimination can be avoided so that to provide equitable responsibilities to women
employees as well. Further for women development parents are required to treat their children as
children, the treatment should not be based on girl or boy. This will promote a girl child that she
is required to prove this to the society that even she is worth to get all the amenities which were
earlier provided to men only (Pillinger, 2016).
An investment in knowledge, pays the best interest”: In India due to poverty, inequality in
educational facilities is seen due to which lesser opportunities are rendered to some class of
people. So many NGO are working in India to eradicate this situation. India is highly advanced
country in adopting technological advancement so when level of education inequality will be
equated then economic growth can be seen. On the other hand, in workplace lesser opportunities
are provided to female employee which leads to obtain various effective results in the
organization due to which economic growth can be seen. Further India is having so many
