few year due to innovation of the new technology. The industries have become more productive
and efficient on their activities of production. The organization’s speed has effectively improved.
Authentic reason behind this advancement is the technology that uses digital platforms in
worldwide market. Reception of technology in the industrial management sector has led to
improvement on the recruitment, manufacturing, marketing and workforce management. The
analysis have acknowledged that more than 50% advancement has been documented in the both
external and internal functions of management (Borowiecki, 2017).
The suggestion of the operational data management system software has assisted in bringing the
consistency in the performance of the organization. Now proper records of all the activities both
long term and short term are kept safe under limited costs. The major influence of the modern
technology has transpired the employment in many firms. This is one of the function of the any
business organization. Use of digital platforms has produced simplicity in the enrolment sector

high efficacy. Advanced technologies such as social media, cloud computing, smartphones and
online socialization has fully changed the old-fashioned operational scheme of the industries.
Digitization has improved the work opportunities of every commercial sector. The perception of
online working has also led in the industry after the discovery of online technology (Mithas,
2013). Now individuals are able to work from their resident areas on their appropriate and
flexible time.

In different sectors of production, use of innovative technologies has become a precedence in the
management of work opportunities and strategies. Employees and employers are able of creating
the best coordination with one another. It is experienced that the usage of modern know-hows
has improved the ethical of workers to their responsibilities. Appropriate mechanism of response
has begun in the industries and the management is now capable of keeping their control on the

information linked to management ratio of manufacturing industries after the incorporation of the
new technology. This gap in the research of digitization process of different industry sectors
