Executive Summary
The primary purpose of this study is to create need goods and services for Organo-Restro. This
restaurant will demonstrate how this restaurant will be unique as compared to another restaurant.
It manages with different goods and services but to sustain their position in the market to obtain
competitive benefits, it will consider the organic food by considering the diverse channels. The
mission of this restaurant is to develop the services by Organo-Restro is to offer superior quality
and natural products and services. The organization will also create an organic food delivery app
to enhance the organic consumer demands towards products and services. Furthermore, this
report also demonstrates different tools to evaluate the external as well as the internal situation of
the organization like PESTEL and Porter’s Five-force method. Moreover, this restaurant will
face different competitors that are available in the existing market. This organization has decided
$200,000.00 start-up cost to increase their sale and make a favorable result. It can be evaluated
that the organization can obtain higher competitive benefits.

Introduction
This report demonstrates different approaches for creating new products and services. It
examines the background of the organization and determines the mission of new goods and
services. In addition, it demonstrates organic goods and services to their specified consumers. It
also discusses key people of the firm and reaches the valid conclusion. In last, it examines the
financial plan for creating services and determines the risk of the firm.
