It includes various challenges like the T-shirt challenge, presentation challenge, debate challenge, and hotel challenge. The challenges help develop communication, business, and teamwork skills. The program also includes an action plan to improve skills in communication, time management, and problem-solving. This program is designed to prepare graduates for success in the professional world.

INTRODUCTION
Graduate challenge is that kind of program which covers various aspects that takes place
during graduation period an individual shows knowledge and information over various brands
that is presented in market. Certain challenges and competition is there which makes graduation
activities and presentation skills develop there own importance by making learning of individual
possible. It mainly enhances capacity with ability of an individual to make learning possible.
This enhances capacity and ability of an individual to pursue graduation. This is an electronic
portfolio recorded with challenges and activities as per this data is collected in safe manner. With
evidences in assignment to be used for managing of data with technological advancement. Major
function of portfolio management is designing of proper format for learning.
MAIN BODY
CHALLENGES
T-shirt challenge
Different market condition is needed to make consideration of challenges for making
effective determination of targetted market with needs of right product make reach to customers
at affordable prices. Fixed budget challenge was of £300. This makes cost to be incurred and
fixed . This has made me develop challenges with communication, time management and team
work skills to be enhanced. It has motivated me to take right decision for running a business
successfully (Sheehan, 2020).
Presentation Challenge:
During presentation different challenges is to be faced which has been affecting various
aspects of team work like coordination and communication over topic that is given. This
challenge is to be taken into consideration as mainly communication skills and business skill is
impacted form this (Stock, 2020).
Debate Challenge:
This challange is to be ficused over making prseantation of tpoic that is to be attained
with presentation further in valued manner. The topic chosen for presenatation importan as it
makes advertising with pormotion possible for an organization. This chalalnge has made me
learn about time scale to be used for business and making it run in effective manner.

Hotel challenge:
This challange is been focused upon particular hotel and is related to hospitality. It is
helpful in making various kinds of important factor to be imporved within hotel by making it
sales of services possible in more effective manner.

Communication Skills
Communuication model: These are those kinds of model that has been helping in making an
organization to make communiaction to be done in effective manner between team and various
memembers.
So communiaction skills are those skills that is used for sending of messages bewtween
two or more persons which results into transperacy in communication. I relatio to various
challanges that has been faced by me I have made developement of this skills possible taht has
been explained as follows:
Communication skills in LSST Presentation
I have learned that good communication has helped in making me perform better
presentation and generate more outcome in relation to profit. This skills has made me realized
that conveying of message can be done through using various kinds of modes like emails,
internet and social media to make presentation done in more better manner (Nasser-Abu Alhija
and Fresko, 2020).
Communication Skills in TESCO Presentation
It has made me realised that different skills is been used to make presentation done in
more efficient way. Communication skills to be used by me made me covers various elements
present within the presentation. It has made me realized that right information is been presented
to all persons working over an presentation.
Communication Skills in T-Shirt Challenge
As In have imporaned my communiaction in more effective way while facing the
challange. I used communiaction skills with Laswell model applied over it taht has helped me in
gaining of sucess and growth in approriate manner possible. I have imporved communiaction by
utilizing of systematic medium for building communaction through making information
criculated about the brand through eliminating barries. The modle has made me used good

communiactio techniques and through logo kind of brand awarness is created with skill
developement reagadin communication. The skills is developed within me by facing various
challanges that eventually lead over developing strong relationship with employess and
customers. This made me developed confidence within me that made me speak infront of
audience by making sessions of barnd pormoting through logo more interactive in nature.
Communication Skills in Debate Challenge
Communiaction skills is been enhanced due to debate challange in a way that conveying
of idea is done in more effective manner. Deabate makes developeemnt of knwoledge and
confidnce which increases commmuniaction in more affective manner.

Communication skills makes hotel challenges to be dealt in proper manner as it helps in
gaining feedback form customers which makes various processes within hotel to be run in
smooth manner possible. It makes coordination to be achieved which makes customers
satisfaction to be attained.
Business skills
This is that kind of skills which makes dealing with various porblems possible. This
enhneces poprblem solving, presentation and leadership skills to be developed. Such skills has
made right selection of choice that is best suited for attaining right solution for business. In this
deabate cahallange is been used which made business skills to be develope regarding various
perspective that has been given as follows:

knowledge over strength and weaknesses related to an business organization. Further business
skills has helped me in enhancing my presentation style. It has made me develop those tactics
and strategies which makes an overview of business to be done in appropriate manner possible
(Mngomezulu, 2020).
What business skills and competencies in TESCO Presentation
In TESCO's presentation business skills has made development of various aspects and
elements possible. Though I faced problem while preparing budget amount during the
presentation that has made my activity to be divided into Microsoft execel as I am not good at

Excel. It aha made me presenting the budget in proper and appropriate manner. Also made me
aware about activities related to management.
What business skills and competencies in T-Shirt Challenge
These skills have helped in making promotion of brand possible through T-Shirt
challange by making business more popular within market. I have learned through this skill
about those factors and elements which makes business to be promoted in appropriate manner
possible. At the time of perfoming challange my desining skills lack which got enehneced
through desining new logo for an organization (Jaekel, 2020).
What business skills and competencies in Debate Challenge
Debates challange makes business ideas to be developed and coveyed in proper manner.
This makes business to be introduced in market through making various elements and
importance of it explained infront of people.
What business skills and competencies in hotel Challenge
Business skils require make developement of busines servuces of hotel. It makes
maangement of all works in process related to hotel possible. These skills leads over enhancing
of custoner base within hotel.
Teamwork
This skill includes developement of coordination between employees and employer. The
main focus of the skill is to make sure taht coordination has developed within team members of
ann organization. In order to ehnece the skill Tuckman's theory has been used by me. This theory
was developed by Bruce Tuckman in the year 1965 and defines about ways in which a team can
tackel as task from initating information within the team during the completion of an task or
project. It is mainly focused over those challange faced by team while working together.
This theory has helped in developing of skills of team work within me in a way that
feeling of team spirit has developed in me. Then I have develope the skills with challanges taht
has been faced by mee like lack of communiaction, presenting of presenttation in this common
objectives is hold by all team members. Through storming I have developed coordination within
teammates over issues in an organization. Through norming I have catagorized porblems within
different phases. From perfoming I have faced chalalnges to claim and relax over coordinating
team and maanging challanges in Tesco possible.
