Company law:
An organisation, which is registered under company act is known as “company”. This
law helps Radisson to regulate the incorporation of the company like how can a business work?
Who is responsible person for all the activities? How many members work in the company?
Company law answers these various questions.(García-Rodríguez, Dorta-Afonso and González-
de-la-Rosa. 2020.) This law is made for those organisations which is working with a large scale
of persons and registered themselves as company. This law affect the organisation in positive
manner. For E.g. if Radisson increase their number of employees more than the limit that
describes in company law than this activity affect Radisson's reputation. In this manner,
company law affect the decision making power of the company.
Employment law:
Employment law basically made by government to secure the rights of employees. It
helps employees to work in a company according to their capacity, working hours, and also their
pay scale. For E.g. if an employee of Radisson can do overtime in the organisation than in this
condition, Radisson is liable to pay extra amount for extra work.
If the company deny to pay extra than employment law secure the rights of that
employee.( Goodall. 2018.) The main object behind this act to protect employees and set the
limits of activity and behaviour of company and its employees. According to this act company
can not take any unfavourable decision for its employees. This act helps company and its
employees both, to complete their responsibilities and duties with in decided limit of law.
Contract law:
This law related with a contract, which is made by the company with its employees and
also with the third party, which has subsequence rights in company.(Van der Wager and White
2018.) Basically contracts are made for some purpose, in hospitality industry employees hired on
contract basis, and sometimes hotels give the food department or other service department to
other company or individual on the basis of contract.
14
Document Page
If the conditions which is describes in contract are not fulfil than defaulter parties are
liable to pay for it. For E.g. if Radisson made a contract with another company to provide a best
food service for their hotel in this manner, if the third party or another company not provide their
best than Radisson has a right to claim against another company as per contract law. According
to this law, every organisation have to be careful while making a contract, because company's
decisions affect its management, profitability and market reputation.

hospitality industry for increasing the goodwill, profitability as well as growth of Radisson.
These tools helps Radisson to make itself prepare for present market competition and for future
challenges. According to this report, it has been analysed that company , contract, and
