In this investigation, the company has been chosen which is Chez Bruce is arestaurant located in London, England. In modern time, it has been complied with digitaltechnology in its various business functions in market which enables it to getting engaged withits existing customers in market in effective way. In this investigation, the project report will bediscussed about how digital technologies has transformed business activities in recent times onbusiness exercises, which enables firm to gaining competitive advantage and also raising itsproductivity and profitability. Beside from it, project management plan would be incorporatedinvolving costs time, quality.
