Introduction:
One of the most reviewed topic for the part few year is the impacts of the digital technologies in
the business process. There are several features that the technological factors can be involved in
the overall business process. In this study, there will be discussion about the factors that is
helpful for them to understand the improvement that the companies may face from the overall
busies process. Most of the time, it has been reviewed that the digital technology and the
involvement of the digital media has managed to improve the overall process for the small scale
and for the large business organizations. This particular study will help to guide the factors that
are helpful to understand the actual impacts of the technological features in the overall business
process. There will be separate discussion about the factors that is helpful for the company and
the overall business management prices to judge the several criteria in order to have the impact
of the digital technology to grace their individual businesses process sin the competitive market.
Apart from this, the several individual criteria that influences the overall business process and at
the same time, the innovative technological factors the helps to improve the existing condition of
the business process are described in this particular research topic.

the companies enough scopes to marketwise their innovative products and the services offered
by the company and at the same time to get the suitable feedbacks from the customers from the
market (Cearley et al., 2016).
In this research study, both primary and the secondary data collection process can be continued.
There will be 100 employees from the different departments of the existing companies in tyhe
market and there will be 2 managers involved who will ask them the close ended question to get
to know about the actual condition of the implementation process of the digital technologies in
the business process. Besides this,, the researcher need to take help from the secondary dqawta
collection process like the previous research paper and the journals article published in the same
manners. This will help to collect the most authenticate data from the overall research conducted
in the market. The data collection method is based on the overall process and the condition of the
companies in the competitive market (Hanelt,et al., 2015). At the same time, the researcher
needs to be cautious enough so that the data can be analysed properly and at the same time to
suggest suitable methods that can be proved helpful for the companies in the competitive market.

The above discussion has given the result that, most of the employees are belonging from the
young people and they are very much enthusiastic about the entire process. They are still looking
for some technological feature that will minimise the hectic process of the entire job and the
production rate can be increased at the same time. Among the 100 respondents, there were 70
people who belonging from the middle aged and form the newly employed in the organizations,
therefore, this study has been evaluated from the overall opinion given by the several aged
persons and their individual opinion for this sectors. Moreover, the technologic has managed to
reduce the overall work pressures drastically and the worker are getting high benefits from this
process (Laudon and Laudon, 2015). Thus they are being enthusiastic for the entire process and
art the same time the mangers are also emphasizing on the factors that will help to involve
suitable technological platforms for the promoting process and to increase the overall wok
efficiency for their workers.

Finding and Analysis: In the modern world of globalization as well as digitalization most of the
people across the globe are trying to adopt the modern technologies in an effective and efficient
manner. So that they can keep themselves up to date and modified with respect to the modern
techniques. However, From the above table it can be stated that most of the people are believed
that the recent market situation across the globe can be improved by the implementation and
development of digital technology. It has been identified from the above table that 35% and 26%
of the participants among 100, are believed about this concept, whereas 14% of them are decided
to stay neutral. 25% and 10% of the total participants do not believe that the adaptation of digital
technology can improve the market situation of the companies.

as well. From the above table it can be stead that most of the people believe that they are mostly
satisfied with the technological up gradation of the organizations, which are of 51% among the
total. Besides that, 39% of the total participants believe that the technological up gradation is not
crucial for the organization to maintain their positions into the marketplace. In this case also,
10% of the participants decides to stay neutral.

participants are belonged to the age group of 22 – 30 which depicts that they are just teenagers.
Therefore, it can also be stated that in the modern day of technological advancement, the
teenagers are mostly interested to adopt and apply those modern technologies effectively and
they only have the most appropriate concept about those because are always like to be up-to-date
with the advancement of modern technologies.

highly satisfied with the technological up gradation into the companies, because they get all the
benefits from the modern technology adoption. On the other hand, some of the people are
dissatisfied as it can be possible that do not get proper training and motivational speech or do not
know about the benefits of the modern technologies. That is why they believe that the previous
and traditional approaches will best for the up gradation of the companies. Some of the people
are remained silent as they might not want to comment in this scenario as may be they are in
confusion or just newly getting training about the modern technologies adoption into the
company. Therefore, they are still unaware about this context.

the effectiveness and efficiency of the modern technology in an suitable manner. Those people
who are not well-known about the adoption and pros of the modern techniques, they require
proper training and development program in order to be more effective and to help the
organizations in order to achieve the objective and goals of the organization.

In this research primary data collection method and quantitative data analysis method is taken
into consideration in this context. However, this same research can be conducted by using

should be gatherd from various journals, articles and books as well as online sources, in order to
make this research more effective. The best possible way to find more appropriate result from
this research.
