INTRODUCTION
Information and communication technology is the term of unified communication and
integration of telecommunication. This report higghlights the advantages of ICT on the people of
21 century.
MAIN BODY
Information and communiacation technology has brought the variety of the benefit for the
individual dealing in the todyas world. Some of the advanantages of ICT is communication, ICT
has helped the individual in reducing the communication gape very effeciently in the
organization this has eventually helped the individual in saving the time as well as the cost of
communication for the individual (Andrade and Doolin, 2016). Another benefit which has been
brought is that it has increased the cultural gap as ICT has helped the individual in healping the
other pepople from the different background and culture which has eventually bridge the culture
gap and also allow the individual in exchanging the different idea very freely as compare to the
past. Globalization and cost effectivemness are the another two benefit which has been brought
by the ICT to the organization. As ICT has brought the new concept like video conferencing to
connect with the different individual globally without incuring cost of the travelling for the
individual. This has eventually brought the people closer to each other. Also ICT has helped the
organization in saving the cost of the communication as it feels free to send email and calls in
todays world (Mwakaje, 2018).
CONCLUSION
After going through the report it has been summarized that ICT has improved the quality of the
life of today's people as it has provided the variety of the option to communicate with others.
