INTRODUCTION
Bipolar disorder is defined as mania, depression which comes under the condition of
mental issues. Mental health is an important and extreme topic, for now, day because this
situation can cause various factors which are associated with the patient. As per this, the
functions which can cause extreme mood swings which include emotional rights such as the
condition of mania and hypomania and a loss of oppressive thought which is called depression. if
any individual is facing issues with depression and cause various factors which are associated
with low thought and feel sad with the losing interest in the activities which can help them and
used to provide the pleasure. As per this, the condition of bipolar disorder can decrease the rate
of happiness and wellbeing (Flowers and et. al., 2019). Whereas wellbeing is defined as a
referred as an experience of health happiness, and prosperity. This includes good mental health
and a high life span with the proper satisfaction. As per this, they are more general use to fail and
manage the ability of stress. In this report, this is analyzed that the impact of a patient with
bipolar disorder on the well-being of an individual and a burden on the family and, so the quality
of nursing care is used for that individual to recover from that stage.

RATIONALE OF THE RESEARCH
This research is conducted to develop professional and personal skills. As per regards with
the topic in this, there are various factors associated with the topic and it creates various conflict
among the patient and impacts the life which is based on a direct diversification scenario. All
aspects are much studied and built into the essential approaches to eradicate the burden and
another scenario which is created and factor in the patient with bipolar disorder on their mental
wellbeing (Hofer and et. al., 2017). This study needs to be a phase of various strategies and
implementation which is used for a long time. As per this, kind care or nursing care is essential
for the patient to retaliate the dysfunction which he or she associated for a longer period. The
professional help to provide the knowledge which is based on professionalism which may be the
work module in a section of the workplace. The personal skill is used to develop some of the
knowledge and skill regarding the topic which is exploring and help to gain adequate knowledge.
BACKGROUND OF THE RESEARCH
Bipolar disorder is a kind of disease that is related to a brain disorder in which the person
enhanced their ability to act life to individuals and this creates mental disability. in this, the
disease is used to rationalize from the previous years where a person starts to cope with the stress
and frustration and to release this, they used to formulate a new kind of personality in their own.
As per this, the bipolar patient needs proper health requirement and care to eradicate the
psychology which is observed in the bipolar patient. They used to magnify things and change
their behavior according to the situation and condition (Miskowiak and et. al., 2019). The
behavior which is implied to control the situation is very common in such a way to take full
control and access to the condition which may create some of the distribution factors for their
life. Bipolar disorder usually affects the wellbeing of the patient and this can cause various
unnecessary factors for the minimization in the happiness factors and their rate. As per this, it is
directly connected with the patient's mental wellbeing and this is affected mentally and
emotionally for a longer period. To this, some of all factors are used to create some of the
amount phenomena which may restrict the patient to think with his stability and position with the
saturation. To this, they used to reduce the concept of memory and create some of the life-
threatening issues which are related to the health complications. After evaluating and a proper
analysis this is well identified that a bipolar patient needs very carefully and tough medication to
improve their life cycles. In this, their thought is respected among some of the factors and the
