This report is based on the UBER which is transportation, delivery industryfounded in 2009 and founder of this firm is Travis Kalanick, Garrett Camp. They are servingworldwide in 633 cities with approximately 12000 plus employees. As per the current scenariotechnology help respective business in grabbing customers and taxi car organisation (AwaisAhmad Tipu and Manzoor Arain, 2011). Below project is divided into several parts which whichmainly describe impact of technologies on taxi car enterprises. Also through light onmanagement plan which is framed by firms so entire day to day activity must be perform ineffective manner. Data collection is also framed in this report with use of appropriate techniquesand tools. In the end, suggestion is given for removing barriers which may affect growth andsuccess of administration.1

It assist in achieving pre determine objective and doing workon time although, it shoes allotment of activities with their timing of start as well of ending andother things also related to operation department of business. Moreover it is copy of the entireactivity management plan of necessary things which will done in firm for generating more andmore revenue. Also for gaining return on investment. The same process used by UBER also formanaging their day to day activities in proper manner so their will be no chance of complaintfrom their client. Most important because of implementing this satisfaction level of customersrise. On the other hand, work break down structure means dividation of entire task into smallunits to complete on it time in better many. Allocation is done according to skills and knowledgeof employees as well their capabilities to do it. When individual have their own responsibilitiesand duties then so work according to that (Leach, 2014). UBER is applying work break downstructure in their company to achieve their project in proper manner and on time.
