There has been high rate ofemployee turnover in Bosnalijek as employees are not satisfied with organisation policy and rewardsystem. High staff turnover rate has negative effect on the customer service provided by companywhich las led to the decline in sales and profitability. In conrtext of Bosnalijek, an organisation hasundergonme changes recently. Business entity has has merge two business units, this factor hashighly influenced the motivation of employees. It has also negatively effected the productivity ofcompany. Effect of demotivation in employees can be measured in terms of the an individualperformance and their contribution in accomplishment of goals by organisation.
