INTRODUCTION
Travel and Tourism management undertakes various activities which are
wide in scope and came under aspects of hospitality industries. Travel
agents, travel guides, transport services, hotel and resort manager etc. are
key aspects of travel and tourism. Tourism management includes multiple
activities that is related with tour destination and planning by generating
marketing efforts that attract more number of tourist towards particular
destination. This report is written from perspective of Carnival cooperation
& PLC that is a British-American cruise operator which is one of the largest

various stages with employment period of an individual in organisation. In
context of Carnival cooperation human resource department plays an essential
role for organisation that is leading company to gain various benefits such as
