The jobs killer is coming: How driverless trucks could change AustraliaIntroduction Time keeps on changing and it is seen that there are various theories that focus on the proper decision-making process. It is important to consider those theories so that wrong actions taken by a person can be avoided. This report will emphasize on the case concerned with the trucks running in Australia. In this report, the concepts that will be elaborated are utilitarianism theory, virtue theory, deontology theory and contract theory which will give assistance to consider the decisions which are conducted by a person. Utilitarianism theory This concept is concerned with the pleasure that is received by a person at the time of conducting the specific act. To conduct a particular act the people are motivated so that they can receive pleasure. This utilitarianism theory will tell about the decisions of the act of a person and it is related to the overall level of motivation (Greene, 2015).In this case, there are artificial robots on which emphasis will be given. They are focusingon replacing the activities conducted by a person in the transport industry located in Australia. It can be evaluated that when the changes in the technology are considered then jobs of the individuals will be taken into consideration by the robots. If robots conduct the activities then it can be seen that efficiency in the work increases of the organization located in Australia and alsoin different countries. Proper evaluation is made by giving emphasis on this theory and the overall pleasure of motivation for the activities completed in the company. By focusing on the case study it can be evaluated that to maintain the overall strategy the people have reached the Australian federal government so that issues cannot be faced related to the innovative technologies (Mill, 2016). This concept is related to analyze the overall utility of the advancement of the technologies and also by evaluating the motivation pleasure which is received from the outcome that was achieved from the work function program (Koszegi, 2014).Deontology Theory It is essential for an individual to consider proper ethics and programs related to moral sothat activities can be conducted in a smooth manner. It also increases the overall sustainability ofthe society in which people are considering the rules and regulations.
