My personal leadership philosophies
The main aim of this paper is to bring out some of the personal philosophy by
including the leadership of every person. I found leadership as strong thing and want people
to know what kind of person I am, my guidelines, my followers, what I expect from
leadership and what people expect from my leadership. The paper will reflect on my own
core values, my mission, vision statement, as well as Clifton strength assessment analysis for
summarising the results. Besides this, I will also provide some of the key behaviours that I
want to strengthen through development plan. It is right that the applications strength in right
way tends to bring the positive result in future (Mayfield & Mayfield, 2016).
Core values
My personal core beliefs and values include the honesty, kindness, security,
perseverance, success as well as learning for achieving all I want. I personally believe that all
these core values are required in a person to become great leader in future. These core values
also build confidence and interest to work in appropriate manner. These values matter to me
as I make my decisions by myself in day-today activities. The main reason behind is
development of confidence in my decisions. At the same time, this will also help in
developing the habit of taking good decisions. As per my opinion, good leadership includes
the integrity knowledge and responsibility. In order to ensure that I follow my philosophes
regularly, I keep things in my mind (Wang, 2018).
Leadership vision and mission
My personal vision is to be leader in my own area who will be helpful to every person and
respected. It is also my vision is to be the one who is approachable to those persons who are
in need. My mission statement is not only looking forward for qualities but also providing
affordable services to guide as well as educate people so that they can live a good and
meaningful life. I believe that education and self-awareness about the rights is the right of
every person that they should get (Folse, 2018).
Clifton Strengths Assessment summarizing the results of my profile
From the strength assessment of Clifton, my top themes were intellection, learner,
responsibility, relator, and positivity. As a learner, I always love to learn new things that is of

my interests. As a include, I always believe in engaging with people irrespective of their
caste, religion or background. I believe in treating people equally regardless of their sex or
race. As a responsible person, I love to take the responsibilities in group projects rather than
making excuses. This helps me in knowing the value of leadership that will help me in
becoming a better leader in future. As a arranger, I love to arrange the complex situations by
knowing their problems and consequences. At the same time, I also love to talk about
suggestions, plans, worries and concerns (Eisner, 2016).
Two key behaviours I would like to strengthen
It is true that self-leadership is my good point. I come to know that I am not good in
emotional intelligence. However, it will required by me to develop the self efficacy as well as
self confidence in my behaviour. I believe that self confidence is the behaviour that I loose
when coming across large number of people. Emotional intelligence is the competence of
person in managing the emotions under pressure. Emotional intelligence in a person also
helps in showing the compassion for other. In addition to this, I also feel anxiety and stress
sometimes that is required to be strengthen by me (Collinson and Tourish, 2015).
