2. Evaluation
The main primary profession of the nurse is to work at the standard since they are the heart of the
individuals. In providing care, they enhance and boost the environment for human right.
Therefore, they promote the human right, values, customs and the spiritual beliefs of the
individual in the social set up. Based on the ethics and the conducts of the nurses, they are
required to treat the individual with a lot of care and concerns. This is more evident with the
work of the Ning and Sabrina. Therefore, the role of the nurse is to provide accurate and
procedural information based on the evidence they have received from the patients. Thus they
are expected to hold some of the personal confidences when they are treating individuals with
some of the conformational diseases. However, they also have some of the preliminaries action
which they ministers to the communities such as the role of educating common individual based
on the matters which pertained their life. Some of these activities are normally being carried out
in some of the communities associated with communicable diseases. Therefore, nurse have the
mandate to engaged individual especially under age through vaccination against polio in the
community. Above all, they demonstrate some of the values like respectfulness, responsibility,
compassion, trustworthy and integrity.
2.1 ethical principles:
Autonomy:
This is merely based on the person mind of decision. Nurses are required to have preferable
conducts when handling patients. Some of the practices which are allowed to doctors are
deprivation act of demands information about privacy of the patients. With reference to the case
of the Ning and Sabrina, it was more evident that Ning decision was not marred by the influence
of nature and made some of the decision which is right based on the respects of the Sabrina
privacy and in line with ethics of the hospitals. The validity of this instance was witnessed,
when Ning made some advice based on the story which she was told by the Sabrina based on the
stunned behaviour of her father (patient’s father). Therefore, the patient's choice, as well as
autonomy, are considered as a key aspect in palliative care. Thus the decision making is complex
sense is rooted in the cultural and social aspects that are not always acknowledged
Beneficence:

These are some of the values which constitute the ethos of the nursing and doctors. It is
characterized by mercy, kindness, as well as charity. It normally involves the maximizations of
the treatments to the patients thus less harming them when administering some of the treatment
to them. therefore, it involves the following aspects, that is resuscitating a drowning victims,
providing pain reliever to the injured patients that is during the emergency matters, lifting rails
on the patients in the hospitals so that the patients may not fall, providing the vaccinations as
well as performing the routinely task on the patients who are unable to help themselves. All these
activities aim at helping the patients in the hospitals. With the case of the Ning and the Sabrina, it
was evident that, Ning who was qualified nurse introduces Sabrina to the some of the basic
approaches on her condition that is pregnancy test, actually she did it with a lot of respects that
Sabrina did not feel offended and shy off during the discussion. The respectful nature and
behaviour were seen when she readjusts her attitudes in having the interest to call the parents of
Sabrina in relation to her condition. She also sympathized with the Sabrina in all the
circumstances where she appeared to offer pieces of advice to her based on her condition health
Non-maleficence
This is based on the duty of the nurse and the doctors to provide the correct and the proper
treating of the patients at all cost. It stipulates some of the safety which is guaranteed by the
nurse to ensure that the nurse is at a good condition. It contains some of the basic principles
which are adopted by nurses and the doctors that there must be some of the proper
communication before and after treatment of the patients. Therefore, it involved safety measures
which are adopted by the nurses and the doctors to help the patients recover. However, some of
the failures which may intrude in the health unit are like, over-crowded by the patients or the
high number of the patient against one or two doctors thus makes it difficult for them to handle.
However, some failure of the doctors and the patients are intentional or due to due to fatigue
which incurs in the provision thus make them failing to convey accurate information or ends
giving wrong information. Sometimes the harm can be life-threatening such that they can cause a
stroke or heart attack. in the case of the Sabrina and the Ning who was a nurse, it was clearly
evident that Ning did not take her time to dispute what she has done but instead decided to offer
simples advised to her and further, she has even gone beyond to give her some of the medicine
which was to aids her condition (Knoppers, &Thorogood, 2017). Therefore based on the
condition of the Sabrina and the courtesy of the Ning as a nurse bring us into the discussion of
the some of the legal and the decision making which is considered important in the field of
nursing. She uses her times well to understand the Sabrina's conditional in all dimensions.
Justice:
This is the fourth principles of the ethics of healthcare. It generally means giving someone the
right thing especially in the hospital cases. Therefore, it can be administered in terms of the
fairness, quality, or any other means of the just decision on the equitable attention and the
