Framework 1: Opposing Forces
Purpose:
The opposing forces refers to the dynamic approach of problem
solving in a response to the disadvantages and advantages that
helps in managing the pros and cons of strategy thereby resulting in
maximization of value of an organization(Jaggars and Hodara 2013).
Advantages: : It lead s to the surfacing of the errors in relation to
strategy since managers remain forced in seeking out to forces that
possessed the possible means of creating opposition towards a
strategic proposition
.
Disadvantages: The opposing forces allowed higher rate of
employee participation in decision making. Although it seemed a
better way but it resulted in changes of the power relations amongst
the staff and management
