INTRODUCTION
The covid-18 had impacted almost all countries and affected the economy badly. The
impact of pandemic results in all company’s operation that is impacted due to lockdown. The
results are shut down for many companies production while IT companies have benefited by
providing Work from home. Major of companies had adopted this concept that help employee
and employer safe and still accomplish their daily tasks.
MAIN BODY
The corona virus bring an uncertain condition to economy and companies which is
mostly affected there production process and services provided in market. The unemployment
rate are increase gradually in countries due to Covid-19 due to less market demand and supplies.
Company production are almost half of now before Covid impact (Benraiss-Noailles and Viot,
2021). The government of all countries are announced Lockdown in countries which impact the
business production process. The employees are not allowed to work in factory or office which
have high gathering. At initial stage companies are finding many difficulties that are affecting
them due to Covid. Although they find solution called work from home for employee to
complete their work from home. This makes employee safe and remain secure while companies
are also working during this emergency time. The companies are more flexible towards the work
that help employee to work with flexible hours through online software’s and networking that
help company to provide work to their employees. Work from home results way high benefits to
companies specially IT sector companies which reduce their cost with high percentages.
Although production companies are more impacted as production process is almost half at that
time. Only management, technical, accountant and admiration employees are allowed to work
from Home while employees in production are no other option to work in industry. Although
companies are providing high safety to employees working industry (Daniel-González and et al.,
2020).
The concept is successful for IT companies which are offering to their customers through
online got highly benefits as they save huge cost by work from model. While there employees
productivity are seems to be low during the lockdown as sudden change employee effect their
productivity and efficiency towards work. The company growth is reduces at some point even
for IT segments. The production companies are badly affected and employed productivity are
decrease high percentage. Many of industries had terminate employees which are extra load to
companies through temporary termination or permanent termination. As, companies are also at
losses stage which are unable to afford the extra employees. The covid-19 are high dangerous to
people which are above age of 50 years and companies are termination majorly of age people
who are at their retirements stages. But not just high experience people are terminated by
companies, young fresher are also fired by companies. On the other hand, there is rise in
employment at IT sector as almost all companies had move towards online working (Nakayama

the demand in market from all over the world.
However, there are pros and cons for employees and employer with effect from Covid-19. The
overall impact was affected to lower and middle class people working in production industries.
From them, covid-19 had highly impacted. In addition to this economy is the major is affected
from covid-19 specially countries which are underdeveloped and developing stage.
1. There are more benefits to employees to work from Home. One pf the major factor is
safety at a time of high emergency where health is one of the major factor that need to be
considered by everyone in world. Employee are getting more flexible hours to work and
major of companies are provided five day week working for employees. This make
employee more motivate and spend much of time for themselves and for family.
Companies are also provided with high incentives to employees as they are getting more
work through online e and major of cost are save during the lockdown. Second major
benefits is company by providing with benefits like active sessions that motivate them to
work and mentally healthy (Dal Corso and et al., 2020). Online activities like quiz and a
light conversation that make employee active I work and remain there productivity level
to complete the work. Some of companies supporting employee during covid-19 who got
affected by providing various benefits like medical, insurance, not reducing salary from
employee at that point of time. This motivate employee to work for company with high
productivity and employees.
However, there are way more negative impact from working from home that are
affected the employees working. The more team meetings and board meetings that make
high efforts to work and lot of pressure that make mentally and physically exhausted. The
Work from home does not suite every one as most of them aren’t comfortable to work
from home and reduce there efficiency. As they feel isolated in the home fro few months
which affect the employee working routine and take time to adopt new change. This
makes difficult to measure the performance of itself as they are unable to known the
working efficiency that are giving to company (Wu and et al., 2020). There are also many
distraction on home that affect the employee working and put more efforts to complete
the task.
2. The covid19 had impacted the companies positively and negatively both in many various
manners that influence the behavior of employer towards working. The employer are
getting high benefits from company cost cutting of rents, utility bills, rent allowance,
traveler allowance and many other expense like stationary, maintained of technical tools
and machines in company installed. The employer also save major of cost through rents
of office which help to invest in major fields like software and technical team which was
working on company working and employees ae engaged in. This methods show that
employees are remain focus in company work and wastage of time is reduces and more
of productivity in company can be scene (Han, Sun and Wang, 2020). The working
