This paper has focused on examining components, outcomes and context of dyadic self-care
interventions. A systematic literature review has been provided in the paper based on the
PRISMA guidelines. Data sources have been taken from PubMed, EMBASE, and Web of
science, PsycINFO, and Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials. Heart failure has been a
common phenomenon in worldwide. However, heart failure self-care has been an important fact
in improving heart failure conditions. This paper has helped in understanding several conditions
in order to manage heart failure cases in the society. The evidence of dyadic interventions in
heart failures have been less. This paper has helped in analyzing previous papers based on the
heart failure cases. There have been mixed interventions in reviewing the current assets I the
heart failure cases (Buck et al., 2018). There has been requirement of change in design for better
intervention of the heart failure cases. Several innovative solutions have been described for
increasing recruitment of dyads and decreasing attrition in mixed methods for creating more
holistic picture of effects and implementing successful intervention.

This paper has helped in exploring patients and healthcare providers understanding of illness and
experiences of uncertainty in the healthcare providers. This paper has helped in maintaining
keen approach in the dependency of the perceptions and interpretive descriptive qualitative study
of older adults in the society. There are 12 semi structured interviews conducted with 19
participants in Ontario, Canada. The illness have been shaped by the participants in order to
maintain a keen parching the dependency of the heart failure diseases. Participants have been
knowledgeable of heart failure management (Im et al., 2019). However, there have been
limitation in their understanding about consequences of illness. Participants have been adapted to
their challenges that appear in influencing their connecting manifestation of heart failure. This
paper has helped in getting a detailed information of heart failure causes and translating their
consequences in illness. The ability of adapting their illness program has been depicted in the
paper. This paper has helped in getting a future perspective of work in the case of heart failure
cases. The future work will depend on acknowledging more advanced technologies in improving
heart failure cases.
