Would the technology I develop be welcomed by society?
The technology of the Universal Healthcare Management Information System, will be accepted
by the society due to its benefits to the society. The system is meant to help the clients seeking
medical attention, to get the medical services instantly. The system is providing a platform to
link the medical personnel and the patients. The society has been facing a problem on reaching
the medical services. The system is developed to solve the medical process. Therefore it will be
acceptable in the society.
Principles of public responsibility
Is the benefit greater than the risk?
There are a number of risks involved with the system. The risks include: security risks,
commercial risks, legal and regulatory risks. These risks have great impact to the systems in
occurrence. But the risks can be mitigated for the system to work efficiently. Despite the risks,
the system benefits is to help save the lives of hopeless clients. The Universal Healthcare
Management Information system has other benefits which include: improving the cost control,
increasing the timelines, accuracy of the patient care, administration information, reducing the
personnel costs and improving the quality of health care. According to Lober (2012 p.67), the
benefits of the system will be enjoyed, once the project is well planned and any possible risk
mitigated.

Is my work and behavior ethical and social responsible?
The work is of the system should be ethical and socially responsible. According to Zu (2009
p.15), every company should have the certificate of compliance. This is an indication that the
company will provide services as they have specified. The company is ethical and the services
they provide follow a certain policy. The patients’ information will be easily available to the
authorized personnel only and the patients themselves. A feedback from the community, based
on the system will be acted upon positively. The community may require training session. The
training session will ensure all the system users are familiar with the system. The feedback
response will ensure the system is efficient in the health process handling. The employees in the
hospital may also raise key concerns, which can be discussed among the decision makers and
handle the concerns. The company will stick to its values. According to Zhang (2015 p. 23), the
company will set values and stick to them. This aspects shows that the company operates
ethically. The company is socially and ethical responsible, as its aim is helping the society.

Environmental assessment
Have I asked the right questions?
On the environmental assessment, data collection will take place. A lot of questions from the
targeted society will be asked. A study of the environment was necessary. The purpose was to
identify the patients view on health services barriers and what they would like to be done to help
in health management. Most patients complained that in general, the health services they
received from various medical institutions were poor and there was no clear follow up on the
medical records. Arora and Dharwadkar (2011) says that, a patient had to recall the medical
