Through such media platforms they can alsoconduct market research and feedback which can help to get customer changing needs anddemand so that they can make their products and services in an appropriate manner. The role ofInnovation and technology is too important which can help to increase their sales and marketrevenue which can leads to increase profitability of the business which is one of the commongoal for each and every business unit.
