This research would be helping many peoplewho are especially associated with housing or real estate sector and working in Europe or UK aswhole Europe is facing this problem. This research would also be important for those who arepursuing Ph.D. in University and colleges as well as writing dissertation or researching on thistopic. For those who are financial and economic analyst in this particular field would also belearning very much from the current research proposal.
